It's art avalanche day, it seems. Just can't comment on everything, even though I want to. I need to conserve my strength if I want to live.

#15 It all turned out awesome, not just the characters. The maker shouldn't worry. The lighting here is particularly good.

#16 I have to admit, I really like the way the ponies' bodies are done here.

#22, 23 Awesome? Awesome. Even if the first is a bit bright.

#24 Perhaps, Bob. He deserves it, though.

#32 Seriously awesome, this. Just grabs the attention for me, not sure why. The moon works impressively well in particular--without even doing anything, it appears sentient and malevolent due to the Nightmare Moon sihlouette on it. Well, it kind of is. It almost looks like the moon is aiming at Canterlot.

#35 Thought it was worse than Discord's chocolate rain at first. Thank goodness I was wrong. And thank Celestia for helping everypony out together with Luna that time.

#39 Well... that escalated quickly no matter what. Horn/wing removal is one of the biggest no-noes for me, so I'll just nope this and go on quickly.

#50 Got to admit, the changeling symbol is pretty nice, with or without Chrysalis before it.

P.S. To avoid a completely dead day post-wise, why don't we make a post for fun? For example, use my old idea:
Go to the Pony Creator and hit 'random' in every field, then go to the 'advanced' section of each tab and copy the codes into a comment. Make sure to point out which code is which tab, though. Alternatively, upload an image of the result.
Think up... something, at least, for that result. For example, what Rarity would do if she saw it.
And yes, the result will be horrifically funny.

Alternatively (or concurrently, go to that random name/destiny game and share the results with us.
For bonus points, make a Pony Creator character based on the name and destiny you get.

That's a good idea! We've got a few more posts in the next few hours but I'll definitely make this into a post.

Actually, this was one of the changes/experiments we were going to try, so I might as well say it here. If anyone ever has an idea for a fun post/thread just let me or one of the other blog mods know. in the comments and, within practical constraints, we'll make that post a reality.

That way, hopefully commenters can have even more influence over the blog than just submitting content in the comments.

Now that is a mighty good idea.

I'll end up attacking megathreads with the destiny game's results anyway. Seriously, give it a try and you'll see. Just make sure you're not eating or drinking at that moment, it can get quite interesting.

A name and destiony of the day, perhaps? Today's would be Fluffyshy the adorable dragon, destined to ridicule the Princess. That's actually pretty tame.
