Morning post #17?

Morning Post #12
(source)
Yep. More 3D prints out there on the web. Also more activity on Tumblr and an excellent LOTR/MLP crossover shirt. Just revived the zecorathread earlier, so come join us for yet more rhymes!
~2 lines? that's the most I think I've ever condensed the meat-and-potatoes of a post into!

Morning Post #5?
Yet more 3D-printed awesomeness. (source)

Morning Post #4?
This was printed with 100 micron layer height and is roughly 7 inches long... It must have taken all day! (source)
No news in the inbox... People, if you find neat stuff or do neat stuff, send it in! We'll post it! But seeing as it's a quiet morning in the brony community, with not much going on out of the ordinary, I'll just make an update on the 3D-printing bronies, and then move on to general science nerdgasm stuff, because why not?
Anyways, you can find everything after the break.

Morning Post #3?
...Yeah, I'll be posting 3D-prints and their derivatives more often now, since there's so many being made. (source)
This morning we have a Trixielicious video, some sort of promo, and a message to the viewers blog mods after the break. Also there's this thing. So what would you do? Would you hire a person with a FIM-themed resumé?

Some neat news after the break, from youtube to Toywiz to 3D-printing!

Bronycon Retrospective
My printer printing at the convention, on a camera far better than mine, courtesy of Twitter
I'm back from Bronycon, and boy do I have a story to tell! Hear all about it after the page break! I just wish I could've posted about it sooner.

Bronycon Update
It's wonderful to see that even with the currently slow blog, people still send stuff in! Keep it up folks!
As for Bronycon, stuff really picked up the second day, and all is going well! Also lol, it already got up on Twitter...
Anyways, I know it's not much, but I've got lots to do! More detail afterward!

Triple Gear
Hope no one minds if I post this here - off-topic but cool. My printer's resolution is about what you'd expect from a Prusa, but for some reason it handles interlocking moving parts really well.
I got the file from here.

Discussion: 3D Printing
I am, and for the next few days will be, busy 3D printing for Bronycon. But in the meantime, this site could use some posts, so let's have a quick discussion in the meantime, and why not a related topic?
If you had a 3D-printer that could print any 3D shape out of plastic, metal or ceramic, what would you print? It certainly seems like a simple question at first, doesn't it? Anyways, leave your thoughts in the comments!

Summer Update #1
Not alone in the 3D-printing world anymore. (source)
So a couple months ago now, Discords Domain went on Hiatus. Here's an update about what's been going on behind the scenes on my end. Other mods feel free to add in what they've been up to in the comments.

3D-Printing Bronies
After mentioning 3D printing recently, I went to check up on some of the other 3D-Printing bronies whose work I've been seeing on the interwebs. Here's a post highlighting some of the best stuff, after the page break.
