Discussion: Mapping the Fandom

This discussion today is a discussion with a purpose, an experiment, and hopefully the beginning of a potentially useful resource for everyone. The prompt is simple: gather all the URLs of all the brony sites you can think of. These will be compiled into a list which can be used for in newsgrabber programs like Website Watcher, and hopefully searchable/browsable within reasonable limitations.

Long ago, near the start of the Brony Community, it was possible to know everything that went on. But as the community grew, that became more and more challenging. Hopefully this resource will help that be possible once again.

And heck, to make it more entertaining, why not mention and compare your favorites to the favorites of others. You just might learn of an awesome site you've overlooked.

A bit of a more serious discussion today folks, but also likely to be very thought-provoking, so read on after the break.

Or, if you'd prefer just a short and simple discussion topic, what is your favorite FiM merch that you'll probably never be able to obtain? Lot's of people on other sites mentioned the San Diego Comic Con Derpy Hooves... I guess I'm lucky in that respect, and anyways, any of the plastic toys can in theory be created, or even improved, with a 3D printer... But I'll probably never be able to obtain a full set of those trading cards! Such price for what is essentially cardboard! ... On the flip side, What's the favorite FiM swag have you obtained?

Megathread: FiM Crossovers

Why can't this be a reality?!?!

Okay, so everyone knows that ponies can literally crossover into anything, as shown in videos, music, art, etc. and all that jazz. So, I've been thinking... What hasn't gotten the FiM crossover treatment yet? I remember I made a list of crossovers some time ago on a discussion post on EQD (which had nothing to do with the original discussion post at the time) but I wonder if anyone else had any crossover ideas that they are pretty sure hasn't been given the crossover treatment one way or another. So, what do you guys think?

(Also, if you can read this, then you can also mention crossovers that did happen, but could of been done better or is in need of more crossover treatment... Or how much you don't like certain crossovers or just FiM crossovers in general...)

Twilight just heard the news of season 3

So I wanted there to be a post dedicated to season 3 on here after the news of the confirmed season 3 date, I felt it was needed. This will be one big megathread season 3 post. discuss everything about season 3 on here.
