Rarity is pleased

 The Hub recently put out a press release detailing further growth for MLP:FIM! Viewership doubled for the season premiere, according to their measures. Here's an additional report on the subject.

Notable things:

1. roughly 2X increase in viewership for the MLP:FiM season premiere. 
2. Littlest Pet Shop had the biggest series premiere of any Hub show so far (imo probably because The Hub got it to piggyback on the popularity of the MLP:FIM season premiere)
3. similar viewerships for the 6-11 and 18-49 demographics for many Hub shows. Huh... Neat!

... ... I wonder how they get their statistics/data for press releases... I should ask someone from Hasbro/The Hub one day. Maybe it could even be part of a 'crowdsourced Q&A'. I feel like it's something I learned once, but have since forgotten about
